Prices for wedding related makeup include a customized eyelash application.
Travel Fees: Lisa Chy Makeup LLC charges a minimum of $20 Travel Fee. For travel outside a 20 mile radius of 02343, we charge an hourly rate plus mileage to and from zip code 02343 based on the IRS Standard Mileage Rate in effect at the time of the contracted event date. If this rate changes between the date of contract and the event date, it is understood by both parties that the rate will be adjusted accordingly.
Parking Tolls & Fees: Where parking, valet or other fees may be incurred because of parking limitations, the client will be held responsible for this payment, to be paid on event date.
Touch-up/Makeup Artist Stay on Location Services: There is an additional $70 per hour charge for the makeup artist to stay on location for touch-ups and/or makeup changes plus any return travel fees, parking and tolls.
Early Morning Fees: Any jobs that require a call time prior to 6:00am will incur an early morning start fee of $40/hr before 6am.
Liabilities: Lisa Chy Makeup LLC will not be held liable in the event of skin irritations, breakouts or allergic reactions. All brushes and makeup products are kept sanitary and will be cleaned before each client's makeup application. Any skin conditions, such as allergies or other skin problems, must be reported to the makeup artist in writing prior to makeup application. All clients must agree to release Lisa Chy Makeup LLC and her representatives from liability for any skin complications due to any reactions.
Contracts & Retainers: A signed contract & retainer is required to secure your wedding date. A wedding date will not be held for anyone without a signed contract and retainer for services. The retrainer fee can be made payable in the form of cash, personal check, credit cards, or PayPal. The retainer is non-refundable and non-transferable. The retainer will be deducted from the total due.
Cancellations: If the client must cancel the booked event or any services on a contract, the retainer will NOT be refunded or transferred to another bridal party/service.
Payments: Payment is due on the date of service. There will be a $30.00 fee on any bounced checks.
